The role of Atlassian Solution Engineer involves providing technical guidance and creating solutions during all stages of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities include identifying customer pain points, communicating Cprime's unique selling proposition, and creating pragmatic solutions.
The position requires advising on migrations, implementations, and optimization of the Atlassian Platform.
The engineer will work closely with sales teams to deliver aligned solutions and execute demonstrations and client presentations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience creating Atlassian customer solutions for Cloud Migrations, JSM, and Jira/Confluence.
Experience managing multiple customer deliverables and proposals simultaneously is required.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience working within the Atlassian Partner ecosystem is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Pre-Sales role.
An understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Service Management is a bonus.
The ability to work alongside a fast-paced sales team is essential.
Experience managing customer deal cycles and proposals that have led to revenue growth is required.
Familiarity with the Atlassian Marketplace and plug-ins is preferred.
