Description:
The Attack Surface Data Analyst will focus on research analytics to identify and map vulnerable parts of an organization that need security testing.
Analysts will investigate internet-facing assets of a company, including domains, certificates, and IP networks, to determine ownership and vulnerabilities.
The role involves performing attack surface discovery on client networks, thoroughly investigating thousands of assets and making informed decisions about ownership.
Analysts will partner with sales and customer success teams to address technical client questions and demonstrate software use cases.
Collaboration with engineering teams is essential to refine the attack surface discovery toolset.
The position includes reviewing technical documentation for training materials, marketing collateral, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Participation in on-call duty is required.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, or another technical discipline focused on problem-solving analysis is required.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of working experience in a relevant field.
A conceptual understanding of technical topics, such as mathematical concepts, is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
Candidates must demonstrate a results-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong autonomy and independence in a remote setting are required.
Client-facing expertise within sales or customer success is preferred.
Experience with Excel, particularly advanced features like macros, pivot tables, and v-lookups, is preferred.

The compensation for this position ranges from $74,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and work location.
