Description:
At Immigrant Invest, we combine advanced technology with deep expertise in investment migration, helping clients obtain citizenship and residency quickly and transparently.
We are scaling our automation efforts and looking for a skilled Automation Engineer who will play a key role in designing and developing solutions using AI and no-code tools.
The mission is to eliminate manual routine work and simplify integrations across core platforms such as Salesforce (CRM), Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, and other widely used services.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining integrations using no-code platforms (e.g. n8n), implementing AI-powered solutions for document generation, text processing, and multilingual analysis.
The role also involves setting up and optimizing data workflows, monitoring automation processes, resolving incidents promptly, and driving ongoing improvements.
Collaboration with team members to identify new automation opportunities and bring them to life is essential.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with no-code tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n) is required.
A solid understanding of APIs (REST, OAuth2, HTTP requests) is necessary.
The ability to write basic scripts (Python or JavaScript) for custom integrations is essential.
Experience with or a strong interest in working with AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, etc.) is required.
Knowledge of Russian is necessary.
Experience with Salesforce API and Flow Builder is a nice to have.
Familiarity with Google Apps Script or Microsoft Power Automate is a nice to have.
An understanding of DevOps basics (e.g. monitoring, CI/CD) is a nice to have.
