We need someone who can dive into n8n, Airtable, Supabase, and other tools to create efficient solutions to complex problems.
This role focuses on creativity, adaptability, and resourcefulness to find better ways to solve problems rather than years of coding experience.
Responsibilities include crafting custom automation workflows for different business scenarios and finding creative workarounds when the obvious solution won't work.
The role involves working with APIs and third-party integrations to build seamless connections and implementing AI-powered automation steps that deliver real value.
Keeping everyone updated through clear, consistent updates in Linear is essential.
The candidate should be able to learn new tools rapidly as needed to solve specific challenges and challenge existing approaches to build better solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience building automations with tools like n8n, Airtable, or similar.
A problem-solver's mindset that enjoys finding creative solutions is essential.
Strong written English skills at a minimum B2 level are required.
Candidates should genuinely value resourcefulness in problem-solving and enjoy working in flat-ish hierarchies.
A teammate approach to company building is important, along with a belief in continuous learning and openness to feedback.
The ability to engage in robust debates and possess an entrepreneurial, self-motivated attitude is necessary.
Candidates should embrace a culture of "disagree and commit" for better product outcomes and manage their time deliberately and effectively.
