Description:
The position is for an AWS AI Engineer at Cloudelligent, a cloud-native consultancy and AWS Advanced consulting partner.
The job is remote, based in India, and is a full-time, mid-level role with working hours from 8am to 5pm CST.
The primary objective is to drive the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions, focusing on the implementation, optimization, and deployment of AI models.
Responsibilities include implementing and fine-tuning pre-trained AI models for specific industry needs, utilizing cloud-based AI services like AWS Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker, and leveraging AWS data services for data processing and analysis.
The role also involves optimizing AI models for performance and reliability, applying techniques to reduce AI hallucination, and utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services is essential, along with engaging in prompt engineering to enhance model interaction.
Staying updated on AI technology trends and contributing to the adoption of new tools and techniques is also part of the job.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras are necessary.
Experience with cloud-based AI services, particularly AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and Azure OpenAI, is required.
Familiarity with AWS data services, including Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, and AWS Glue, is essential.
Knowledge of Agentic Behavior in AI and experience in deploying models using CrewAI, LangGraph, and Langchain is needed.
Candidates should be familiar with vector databases and similarity search techniques.
A solid understanding of various AI/ML algorithms and architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and transformers, is required.
Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
