Udacity is seeking experienced AWS Cloud Developers to join as AWS Authorized Instructors (AAI).
The role involves delivering AWS training sessions, mentoring learners, and empowering professionals to build cloud-native applications on AWS.
Instructors will leverage hands-on expertise in AWS development, serverless computing, and DevOps to teach AWS-approved courses.
Key responsibilities include delivering AWS training courses, guiding learners in hands-on lab exercises, staying updated with AWS technologies, engaging learners through discussions and demos, and adhering to AWS training guidelines to maintain a high learner satisfaction score (CSAT 4.6+).

Requirements:

Candidates must hold the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA) certification; the AWS Certified Developer – Associate (DVA) or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (DOP) certifications are preferred.
Technical expertise in application development and serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and AWS Fargate is required.
Knowledge of storage and databases including Amazon S3, DynamoDB, and RDS (Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL) is necessary.
Familiarity with security and identity management tools like AWS IAM, Cognito, and Secrets Manager is essential.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Terraform is required.
Candidates should have hands-on experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS and prior experience in technical training or mentoring.
Familiarity with AWS training tools like AWS Skill Builder and AWS Builder Labs is preferred.
Candidates must commit to completing the Instructor Candidate Authorization (ICA) and Instructor Enablement programs, and deliver at least 15 days of AWS training per year.
