Description:

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to join their high-performing team.
The role involves maintaining and enhancing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments for government clients.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex production issues, configuring AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, and building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Groovy/Java.
The engineer will create, deploy, and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes workloads, as well as write and maintain Linux shell scripts while administering Red Hat Linux environments.
Collaboration with engineering teams is essential to implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures.
The engineer will also design and maintain AWS virtual networks, focusing on security and best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on AWS experience and be comfortable configuring services through CLI or IaC.
Experience in CI/CD automation is required, specifically writing custom Jenkins pipelines in Groovy/Java.
A strong command of Red Hat Linux and shell scripting is necessary for this position.
Proficiency with Docker, including writing Dockerfiles and understanding its role in microservices and deployment workflows, is essential.
Familiarity with IaC tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible is required.
Candidates should have the ability to configure Kubernetes clusters and manage containers.
A practical understanding of network protocols, security, and AWS virtual network setup is necessary.
An active US SECRET Clearance is required.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
