Description:
The position is for an AWS Developer based in the Philippines, with a work-from-home arrangement.
The salary range is between P120,000 and P160,000 per month.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM PHT.
The role involves providing Amazon Connect engineering support to the Australian development team.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, implementing, and optimizing Amazon Connect solutions for various client projects.
The developer will develop, support, and extend Amazon Connect through integrations such as data dips, third-party applications, lambda functionality, and generative AI integrations.
The candidate will act as the initial lead for the Philippines-based support team, providing Level 1 and 2 support to clients, with potential future responsibilities for Level 3 and 4 support.
The role includes overseeing the setup and ongoing management of the support team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality client service.
Collaboration with the Australian team to design and document support processes, knowledge bases, and best practices is required.
The developer will utilize experience with Zoho Desk (or similar tools) to build automations and optimize support workflows across the company.
Continuous improvement of support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction is expected.
The candidate will establish and manage overall support processes to ensure full coverage and resolution of issues, including reporting and visibility to the team.
The role contributes to the future growth of the PH support and engineering teams, including recruiting, mentoring, and developing new team members.
Requirements:
Candidates must have skills in AWS, Python, Typescript, and Amazon Connect.
Experience with Node.js, Django, and Zoho is considered a plus.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of Amazon Connect and its integrations.
Experience in providing technical support and managing support teams is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues are essential.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaboration with the Australian team and for client interactions.
The candidate should be proactive in process improvement and team development.
