Description:

  • The AWS DevOps Engineer will be part of the Banking Platform team responsible for ensuring smooth operation of Banking services.
  • Responsibilities include building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters with an emphasis on infrastructure as code, collaborating with other teams to address platform issues, developing tools to enhance the data platform, managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, automating infrastructure provisioning with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation, monitoring and troubleshooting using Prometheus and Grafana, implementing security best practices, and participating in code reviews.
  • The role requires at least 4 years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms, Linux expertise, automation skills for CI/CD pipelines, Linux packaging and build tools experience, willingness to coach junior team members, strong communication and presentation abilities, attention to detail, upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, customer-centric mindset, and a focus on creating simple solutions efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting, Bash/Python/Perl scripting, and familiarity with Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL distributions.
  • Experience in developing automation for CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of Linux packaging and build tools.
  • Willingness to coach junior team members.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to create simple solutions efficiently.
