Description:

We are seeking a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with AWS services and related DevOps tools.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing scalable AWS infrastructure.
The engineer will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
The role involves using Infrastructure as Code, with a preference for AWS CDK.
The engineer will manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker.
Maintenance and administration of Linux-based systems is required.
The candidate will write efficient Python scripts for automation and tooling, but not for application development.
Collaboration with developers, architects, and QA teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in AWS DevOps roles.
Strong expertise in Docker and Linux administration is required.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines is necessary, with a preference for GitHub Actions.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code is required, with CDK preferred.
The ability to write clear, functional Python scripts for infrastructure automation is essential.
A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and security best practices is required.

This position offers a long-term contract with 100% remote work flexibility.
Candidates can be available for W2 or 1099 employment, but no C2C/3rd parties are accepted.
