Description:
The NewRich Network is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to assist in the development of their MVP, including in-house CRM and Billing Systems.
This position is part-time and hourly to start, with the potential to transition to full-time after three months.

The dev team is focused on creating innovative platforms and is not limited to basic coding tasks.
Requirements:
Candidates must have hands-on experience in setting up Kubernetes platforms, deploying microservices, and managing secure secrets.
Knowledge and practical experience with Docker, including setting up and managing Docker registries and creating Dockerfiles for custom images, is essential.
A working knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes is required.
Candidates should understand overlay networking for inter-container communications across different nodes.
Experience in building CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
Candidates must have experience in automating system deployments and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, or Saltstack.
Working experience with source control systems like Git is required.
The ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from various disciplines and technical backgrounds is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in automating processes, including "Infrastructure as Code."
The ability to build, deploy, and host a demo web app to showcase IT/DevOps proficiency is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps, SysOps, SRE, or similar roles is necessary.
Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudTrail, AWS Organizations, EC2, ECS, EKS, Elasticache, IAM, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, Route53, and S3 is required.
Candidates should have experience with Docker and deploying microservices.
Understanding of how to control cloud costs is necessary.
Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation is required.
Strong working knowledge of Linux and shell scripting is essential.
Candidates must be able to work remotely and effectively collaborate with distributed teams.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Javascript, or Python is a plus.
Understanding of incident management processes and service level objectives (SLOs) is required.
The ability to perform root cause analysis in AWS environments and debug microservices using Cloudwatch or similar monitoring products is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable participating in the On-Call rotation.
