Description:

TTEC Digital is seeking an AWS MS Engineer to join their Managed Services development team in a remote role located in the US.
The AWS Partner Practice at TTEC Digital has over 150 experts and has been recognized with awards from AWS, delivering over 500 AWS customer launches.
The role involves providing medium to advanced troubleshooting support services in AWS Serverless Concepts and Services for enterprise-level clients.
Responsibilities include maintaining customer system performance, building and customizing new features in client systems, answering trouble tickets, and guiding customers via email, phone, and video conferences.
The engineer will also maintain and update VoiceFoundry products and tools to enhance offerings to clients.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience with AWS Serverless concepts and services is required.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience writing and editing software using vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and specifically the NodeJS framework.
The ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and collaborate with customers and teammates to solve problems with minimal guidance is essential.
Clear communication skills and a sense of urgency are important for this role.
Curiosity is necessary to help engineers determine the best ways to build enhancements into client systems.

The position offers a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 a year, with eligibility to participate in an annual incentive program.
