Description:

TTEC Digital is seeking an AWS MS Engineer to join their Managed Services development team.
This is a remote position available in Canada, excluding Quebec.
The role involves providing medium to advanced troubleshooting support services in AWS Serverless Concepts and Services for enterprise-level clients.
Responsibilities include maintaining customer system performance, building and customizing new features in client systems, answering trouble tickets, and guiding customers via email, phone, and video conferences.
The engineer will also maintain and update VoiceFoundry products and tools to enhance offerings to clients.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience with AWS Serverless concepts and services is required.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience writing and editing software using vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and specifically the NodeJS framework.
The ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and collaborate with customers and teammates to solve problems with minimal guidance is essential.
Clear communication skills and a sense of urgency are important for this role.
Curiosity is valued in helping engineers determine the best ways to build enhancements into client systems.
