Description:

TTEC Digital is seeking an AWS Software Developer to join their AWS Partner Practice, which is recognized for its excellence and has delivered over 500 AWS customer launches.
This is a remote position available to candidates in Canada, excluding Quebec.
The role involves building and deploying AWS solutions for clients, refining project delivery processes, and developing internal tools.
Responsibilities include participating in morning meetings with internal teams and clients, conducting requirements analysis and design discussions for new projects, and addressing issues in Jira.
The developer will create CloudFormation/Serverless templates to deploy resources and will learn best practices from the NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python communities.
Collaboration with a mentor or team lead is expected to enhance knowledge of AWS services and tools.

Requirements:

Candidates must have advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
A minimum of 5 years of development experience is required, with at least 3 years focused on Node.JS and/or TypeScript in conjunction with AWS services.
An advanced understanding of web functionality is necessary.
A functional understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is required.
Candidates should be open to constructive feedback and willing to assist team members.
The ideal candidate should prioritize understanding project needs before proposing solutions and have a passion for technology and development best practices.
