Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AWS Support Engineer to join our team and help build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize AWS services, enhance security, and ensure seamless cloud operations.
This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining AWS infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
You will optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, and CloudWatch for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
Implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation for automated deployments and provisioning is also part of the role.
You will apply and monitor IAM policies, encryption, and network security to maintain a robust security posture.
Identifying and resolving AWS-related issues while providing technical support and guidance as needed is essential.
You will utilize tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana to monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
Collaboration with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud solutions is required.

Requirements:

Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.) is essential.
Proficiency in Terraform and CloudFormation is required for infrastructure as code.
Strong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting is necessary.
Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and cost optimization in AWS is important.
Experience with tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana for performance monitoring is required.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for troubleshooting skills.
