Description:

The Azure DevOps Engineer will be part of a fast-moving, lean product development organization, supporting the Lone Wolf family of Applications.
The role involves delivering reliable, scalable new automation and tooling features to the Lone Wolf.
The engineer will work with the Development and Product teams to deliver Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery across all Lone Wolf Cloud-based SaaS Products hosted in Azure.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud environments and assets.
The incumbent will be responsible for ownership of all Azure environments and all the services running in these environments, including containers deployment and maintenance.
The role requires managing, evaluating, and reporting backups success/failure.
The engineer will design, implement, and test resilience strategies that meet disaster recovery and recovery objectives.
Performing all Azure maintenance and upgrades to all environments is also a key duty.
Implementing cloud resource management using best practices is expected.
The role includes adhering to best practices and proven patterns to create and maintain automation for environment provisioning, auto-scaling environments, monitoring and alerting, and expense/utilization thresholds and billing.
The use of Bitbucket, Jira, and creating operational documentation as required (Confluence articles, Playbooks, etc.) is also part of the job.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of design, setup, and deployment of Azure environments.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation within Azure is required.
Expert experience with Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and Kubernetes is necessary.
An intermediate understanding of network concepts and security best practices is essential.
A broad understanding of Agile, Lean, or similar development methodologies/experience is required.
Candidates should have the ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
Experience working for a high-growth SaaS company is preferred.
Conversational English language skills are required.

The position offers a salary range of $15,000,000 - $18,000,000 a month.
