Description:
The Azure Engineer will design, implement, and manage Azure solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, including VMs, App Services, and Networking.
Responsibilities include developing, deploying, and managing applications and services using Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
The role involves architecting and deploying secure network solutions on Azure, including VNETs, VPNs, and ExpressRoute.
The engineer will implement and manage Azure storage solutions, including Blob, Queue, and Table Storage.
Development and deployment of applications using Azure App Services and integration with other Azure services are required.
The position requires utilizing Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation.
The engineer will implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
Ensuring security best practices are implemented across all Azure services using Azure Security Center and other tools is essential.
The role includes working with Azure's pub/sub models, including Azure Service Bus and Event Grid.
The engineer will implement and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Development and optimization of Azure Synapse Analytics solutions for data warehousing and big data analytics are part of the job.
Utilizing Azure Machine Learning for developing, training, and deploying machine learning models is expected.
The engineer must stay abreast of the latest Azure services and technologies, ensuring solutions leverage the latest capabilities.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Relevant Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate are necessary.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with a broad range of Azure services is required.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python, Java) is essential.
A strong understanding of Azure networking, security, storage, and application services is required.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment are required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
