Description:
As an Azure Infrastructure Engineer, you will design and implement Azure infrastructure by building cloud-based solutions using Azure services such as Landing Zones, virtual machines, storage, networking, and databases according to business requirements.
You will utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bicep, or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Your responsibilities will include configuring Azure virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and load balancers to ensure network connectivity and security.
You will implement Azure security best practices, manage user access, and monitor for potential security threats.
Setting up monitoring solutions to track the health and performance of Azure infrastructure and analyzing logs to identify and troubleshoot issues will be part of your role.
You will analyze Azure usage and optimize resource allocation to control cloud costs.
Implementing strategies for disaster recovery to ensure business continuity in case of system outages will be essential.
You will collaborate closely with development teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate cloud infrastructure with applications.
Requirements:
You should possess strong functional, analytical, presentation, documentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate repetitive tasks is required.
You must have the ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure.
Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams are essential.
You should be comfortable working in a highly collaborative team environment.
The ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions is necessary.
You must be able to learn new concepts quickly and thoroughly.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
You should have 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering or system automation roles.
Prior experience in designing and managing automation workflows in Azure environments is required.
Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI is necessary.
Experience with Azure Resource Manager templates and Bicep is required.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
A strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles is necessary.
Azure certifications are preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
