The role involves deploying Defender services, Azure Tenant Hardening, managing Microsoft Defender tools, implementing secure network architectures, and configuring compliance policies and audit controls.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of security and compliance capabilities for enterprise customers.
The engineer will work strategically with customers to modernize and transform their cybersecurity practices.
The position requires gathering insights from various stakeholders to shape project definitions and execution.
Collaboration with customer stakeholders, including Security Teams and Development Teams, is essential to ensure alignment on business solutions.
The engineer will advocate for customer needs and provide insights to improve Microsoft technologies.
The role involves architecture design and deployment using methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative.
The engineer will document architecture through various means to communicate the value proposition of business solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Defender products, such as Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Cloud, is required.
