Description:

  • Trio is seeking an IT System Administrator with extensive knowledge and experience in Azure, Office 365, networking, and both Windows and Linux-based enterprise systems.
  • The role involves maintaining Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft EntraID, and Microsoft Azure Storage Services.
  • Responsibilities include administering Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
  • The candidate will maintain Cisco Meraki network equipment, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
  • The position requires maintaining and administering Microsoft Windows Server, SQL, and Linux Servers.
  • The administrator will develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, policies, and procedures.
  • The role includes providing remote Tier III Help Desk support across all US time zones.
  • The candidate will help remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities using industry-standard applications and tools.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems is essential.
  • The position demands a high degree of responsibility for the processes, systems, and tools managed.
  • Recommendations for improvements using an accepted change control methodology are expected.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant professional, business, or technical discipline is preferred.
  • Cloud certifications, particularly from Microsoft, are a plus.
  • The candidate should have four to six years of strong experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Office 365 and Azure IaaS.
  • Six to eight years of strong experience managing Microsoft and Linux servers and networks is required.
  • Four to six years of experience in administering cybersecurity systems, including email security and endpoint security, is necessary.
  • Strong organization and process-oriented skills are essential.
  • The candidate must possess strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong Help Desk customer service skills are necessary.
  • The ability to logically and methodically resolve complex issues is crucial.
  • The candidate must work well independently and in a remote team environment.
