Description:
Capco Poland is seeking a Back-End Developer for a 3-month fixed-term contract starting in April.
The role involves building scalable and efficient backend systems with a focus on API integrations and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services and APIs, designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of backend systems.
The developer will collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders, implement best practices for cloud-based architecture and microservices, and debug technical issues to maintain system stability.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of backend development experience.
Strong expertise in API integrations and cloud-based services (Azure/AWS) is required.
Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Python, or C# for backend development is necessary.
Hands-on experience with serverless computing, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
A solid understanding of database management (SQL & NoSQL) is required.
Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices is necessary.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment are essential.
