The Backend Developer will be responsible for developing robust server-side logic, designing APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic, APIs, and backend services, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, building and maintaining databases, ensuring high-quality and secure code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in sprint planning and code reviews, and staying updated with the latest backend technologies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.
Proven experience as a Backend Developer is necessary.
Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, Go, or Ruby is essential.
Solid experience with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks like Express, Django, or Spring Boot is required.
Strong knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB is necessary.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization technologies like Docker is required.
An understanding of security, data protection, and performance optimization is essential.
The candidate must be comfortable working in a remote team and using collaboration tools such as Slack, GitHub, and Jira.
Nice to have: Experience with microservices architecture, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and an understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
