Description:

• PeoplePlusTech Inc. is urgently looking for an AWS Fullstack (Back-End) developer to work remotely with a US client.
• The role involves contributing to security and identity management aspects of the software.
• The developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining frontend applications using Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong emphasis on React.
• Responsibilities include implementing UI components, managing state using Redux, and ensuring a visually appealing and responsive user interface with good CSS skills.
• The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement backend functionality, including API integrations using SOAP and REST.
• A firm understanding of HTTP methods and basic networking concepts is necessary, along with knowledge of certificates, DNS, and TCP/IP concepts.
• The developer will utilize AWS services and technologies such as S3, EC2, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, load balancing, autoscaling, and serverless architectures.
• A basic understanding of serverless computing and cloud infrastructure management is expected.
• The role includes applying DevOps principles and practices by managing CI/CD pipeline workflows and deployment tooling.
• The developer will also develop automation scripts using Bash or Python for tasks such as generating build artifacts and deploying applications.
• Collaboration with team members, participation in code reviews, and contribution to the overall software development lifecycle are essential.
• Staying updated with industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions and enhance the development process is also part of the job.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in NodeJS and at least one other backend language, such as Java or Python, is required.
• Strong Git skills for efficient version control are necessary.
• A solid understanding of SOAP and REST API integration, API design, and security best practices is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL, including database querying, configuration, data management, extraction, transformation, and normalization, is required.
• Some grasp of DevOps and AWS infrastructure, particularly serverless cloud-native development, is expected.
• Experience with app deployment using build pipelines in a CI/CD Agile culture is necessary.
