Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications using Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer (5+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ECMAScript 6+).
- In-depth knowledge of Node.js and its frameworks such as Express, Koa, or Hapi.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team of developers.
