Description:

Sensor Tower is seeking an Entry Level Back End Developer (Ruby) to join their London R&D team, which operates in a full-time remote capacity.
The role involves participating in the full development life cycle, including design, implementation, quality polish, and release.
The developer will leverage their strengths to work on full feature implementation from the front end to the API and back end.
Responsibilities include developing and optimizing high-performance data aggregation and analysis pipelines at scale.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should have a passion for software development and be able to share meaningful GitHub contributions or personal projects.

Requirements:

A strong foundation in programming, algorithms, and software application design is required.
Understanding of RESTful systems and the principles of good API design is necessary.
Basic knowledge of cloud environments is expected.
Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is required, or proficiency in Python with a willingness to learn Ruby on Rails.
Familiarity with Clickhouse, MongoDB, Sidekiq, TypeScript, React.js, and ES6 is considered a plus.
