Remote Back-End Developer - Turkey

Description:

• The Back-End Developer will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing software solutions.
• They will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing data solutions essential to the company's objectives.
• Responsibilities include writing REST APIs for encrypted data transmission, developing front-end websites, and creating software applications meeting specific business needs.
• Collaboration with managers to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives is required.

Requirements:

• Must have 100% fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a back-end web developer position is necessary.
• 2-5 years of work experience as a Back-End Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, writing APIs, and experience with Zapier and HubSpot.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML/CSS/JS and application infrastructure understanding.
• Ability to independently solve design problems and knowledge of data authentication and security technologies.
• Experience integrating back-end code with services like WordPress, HubSpot, SquareSpace, etc.
• Deep knowledge of backend technologies and web scraping.
• Portfolio showcasing previous coding projects is required.
• Must have own computer/laptop as the company does not provide equipment.

Ideal candidates will also possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the fintech industry.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly, prioritize workload independently, and excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, driven, and successful in dealing with ambiguous programming problems.
