Description:

minware provides development observability software that helps engineering organizations gain full visibility into their software development process to improve predictability and efficiency.
As an early engineer, you will work directly with minware’s founders to build the product from the ground up.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end applications.
You will independently design, develop, and maintain server-side applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
You will work closely with product managers and customers to define minware’s capabilities.
The position requires designing and architecting new system components and managing a backlog of tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

You must have experience building and maintaining a complex back end application.
Familiarity with principles of high-quality code, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programming, is required.
Strong communication skills for interfacing with non-technical stakeholders and occasionally with customers are essential.
You should be well-versed in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
Experience with the core stack (Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL) or similar technologies is preferred.
Proficiency with infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) is optional but considered a plus.

Competitive compensation packages along with stock options are based on industry benchmarks for function and level, with base compensation ranging from $120,000 to $190,000 USD.
