Minware is a self-funded seed-stage company seeking to expand its audience after initial customer traction.
As a Back End Engineer, you will work directly with the founders to build the product from the ground up.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end applications.
The ideal candidate should enjoy executing complex projects and building scalable, maintainable software.
Responsibilities include independently designing and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
You will collaborate with product managers and customers to define the capabilities of minware.
The role also involves designing new system components and managing a backlog of technical debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience building and maintaining complex back-end applications.
Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration and declarative and functional programming, is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for interfacing with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
Candidates should be well-versed in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
Experience with the core stack (Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL) or similar technologies is preferred.
Proficiency with infrastructure tools such as AWS and Terraform is optional but considered a plus.
