Description:
minware is seeking a Back End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and customers to define capabilities, architecting new system components, and managing tech debt reduction.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, experienced in executing complex projects independently, and focused on building scalable and maintainable software.

Requirements:
Must have experience in building and maintaining complex back end applications.
Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programming, is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes is essential.
Preferred experience with the core stack (Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL) or similar technologies.
Optional proficiency in infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) is a plus.
