Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2+ years of experience building web applications and APIs, as well as working with relational databases.
• A strong product sense is required, with the ability to understand the business, stakeholders, and customers to deliver appropriate code quality.
• The candidate should demonstrate ownership and high standards, with the autonomy to design and develop new systems.
• Dedication to learning quickly is essential, as the company values the ability to adapt to their tech stack and tackle new challenges.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is not required, but the ability to learn it quickly is necessary. Skills in Javascript, Typescript, React, and Next.js are considered bonuses.
