Description:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS and other backend languages (Java/Python).
  • Integrate and design APIs (SOAP and REST), ensuring security best practices.
  • Perform complex SQL queries, database configuration, data extraction, transformation, and normalization.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code.
  • Implement serverless cloud-native development using AWS services like S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Cloudfront CDN, Cognito, RDS, etc.
  • Deploy applications using build pipelines in a CI/CD Agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in NodeJS and at least one other backend language (Java/Python).
  • Strong Git skills and experience with version control.
  • Deep understanding of SOAP and REST API integration, API design, and security best practices.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in database querying, configuration, data extraction, transformation, and normalization.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and AWS infrastructure, particularly serverless technologies (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Cloudfront CDN, Cognito, RDS).
  • Experience with enterprise automation software for business process workflows (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint, SAP).
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Cloud Formation, or boto3.
  • Understanding of Linux concepts and CLI commands.
  • Good networking knowledge in areas such as DNS, SSL, SAML, CIDR, subnet masking, and certificates.
