Description:

IRIUM is currently seeking a Backend Developer.
The position requires 5-8 years of experience as a backend programmer.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Candidates must reside in Spain.
The work modality is remote.
Experience in teamwork for 5-8 years is required.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) for 5-8 years is necessary.
Soft skills such as communication, prioritization, and leadership are required for 5-8 years.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, including API composition, RESTful, OpenAPI, and Swagger, is needed for 5-8 years.
Proficiency in Java (versions 8 and 11) for 5-8 years is required.
Experience with Spring Framework, primarily Spring Boot, is necessary, with additional experience in Spring Batch and Spring MVC being valuable (3-5 years).
Familiarity with build tools like Maven is required (1-3 years).
Testing experience with JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, MockMVC, and Spring Test is needed (3-5 years).
Knowledge of databases such as JPA, Oracle, and JDBC is required (1-3 years).
Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana is necessary (3-5 years).
Familiarity with database migration tools like Liquibase and/or Flyway is required (1-3 years).

Requirements:

Candidates must have advanced knowledge of microservices architecture, including service discovery, circuit breaker, Openshift, and distributed tracing (1-3 years).
Experience with message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ is preferred (1-3 years).
Familiarity with feature flags is a plus (1-3 years).
Knowledge of reactive programming, including futures and reactive programming, is beneficial (1-3 years).
Experience with static code analysis tools like Sonar, PMD, and Checkstyle is preferred (1-3 years).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, even minimal experience (<1 year), is a plus.
A C1 level of English is mandatory.
