Remote Backend Developer

Description:

• We are looking for a Backend Developer to join a startup that provides a SaaS solution for energy production, distribution, and billing for commercial microgrids.
• This position offers a salary range of €75,000-€83,000 and is fully remote.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining microservices with a focus on high scalability.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience with software development using Node.js.
• Knowledge of relational database systems, particularly PostgreSQL, is required.
• Experience in building and testing APIs using REST, gRPC, or GraphQL is necessary.
• Familiarity with deploying Cloud Infrastructure such as PubSub, Cloud Functions, or Storage is essential.
• Candidates should be familiar with common development platforms and tools, including Github, NPM, and Linting.
• An understanding of agile development processes is preferred, and appreciation for agile development is a plus.
