Description:

The Backend Developer (C#/.NET) will be responsible for writing high-quality code, fully covering it with tests, and participating in architectural discussions with the team.
They will drive and support the initial solution design for critical features or complex refactors and collaborate in separating features into independent services to improve code stability and maintainability.
The role involves actively participating in teamwork, driving the team's focus on technical OKRs, and contributing to elevating the technical knowledge of backend engineers.
The developer will also determine, document, and prioritize technical debt and areas of improvement, ensuring they are properly addressed in defining priorities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
Experience working with Entity Framework & PostgreSQL, good practices in Unit Test, Integration Test, etc.
Strong understanding of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy.
Experience with container managers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Strong analysis skills, excellent grasp of SOLID principles, and a good level of spoken and written English.
