Description:

This role is for one of Weekday's clients, offering a full-time position as a Backend Developer.
The salary range for this position is Rs 2500000 - Rs 3000000 (INR 25-30 LPA).
The minimum experience required is 5 years.
The job location is remote within India.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering backend and underlying software components.
The candidate will execute project plans and roadmaps, including new features, revamps, and migrations.
The role requires taking end-to-end responsibility for features, from design to production.
Collaboration with stakeholders and product managers to define requirements and break down complex problems is essential.
The candidate must prioritize and deliver project milestones effectively.
Participation in team on-call activities and resolving recurring issues is also part of the role.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 5+ years of backend development experience.
Proficiency in Node.js, Golang, or Rust is required.
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and AWS services is necessary.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices is expected.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are essential for this position.
Excellent communication and mentoring abilities are required.
The candidate should have enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
