Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have a unique combination of technical experience, curiosity, logical and analytical mindset, proactivity, ownership, and a passion for teamwork.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Backend Engineer or similar developer role is required.
• Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript is essential.
• Knowledge of API RESTful and best practices in API design is necessary.
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) is required.
• Familiarity with implementing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, Chai, or similar is needed.
• Knowledge of version control using Git is essential.
• Experience in implementing scalable solutions and performance optimization is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team is necessary.
• A proactive attitude towards solving complex problems and generating efficient solutions is essential.
• Clear communication skills in both English and Spanish (if applicable) for collaborating with international teams are required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to write clean and maintainable code are necessary.
