The position is for a Backend Developer (Mid-Sr) with a focus on developing scalable, secure, and efficient systems primarily using Node.js, with desirable knowledge in Python.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 4+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js.
Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, or similar is required.
Knowledge of Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django is desirable.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB, is necessary.
Understanding of microservices architecture and serverless technologies is required.
Experience with version control using Git and GitFlow is essential.
Familiarity with messaging tools and queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS is needed.
Knowledge of security and best practices in backend development is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is necessary.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is required.
Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher) is necessary for collaboration with international teams.
