Jobgether is seeking a CS SaaS Backend Developer for a remote position available to candidates worldwide.
This role involves developing scalable, cloud-based microservices in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
The developer will work with modern technologies such as Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes to build and maintain high-performance backend systems accessed by millions of users globally.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing robust backend microservices using Java and Spring frameworks.
The developer will build highly transactional and scalable systems using modern tools and cloud infrastructure.
Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams is essential to shape technical solutions that drive product innovation.
The role includes conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architecture decisions.
Maintaining system performance and uptime with container-based deployments on Kubernetes and AWS is required.
Participation in Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement across the development process is expected.
The developer will assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues when required, including occasional on-call duties.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of backend development experience, ideally in SaaS environments.
Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot is required, with exposure to Spring Cloud and iBATIS preferred.
A deep understanding of Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems is necessary.
Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases such as MySQL and Redis is required.
Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RocketMQ or RabbitMQ) and caching tools (e.g., ElasticSearch) is preferred.
A strong understanding of modern software quality practices, including testing and maintainability, is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
The ability to work independently and thrive in a globally distributed, agile team is essential.
