Description:

Redbee is looking for a Backend Developer with solid experience in Java to join a collaborative, curious, and passionate team focused on creating quality technological products that have a real impact on the business.
The role involves designing, implementing, and deploying end-to-end functionalities, from definition to production.
The candidate will implement complete architectures autonomously and write scalable, maintainable, and operable software.
Active participation in the design and definition of the project roadmap is expected.
The developer will collaborate with external stakeholders to understand needs and carry out end-to-end features.
Identifying technical risks and proposing mitigation plans is a key responsibility.
The role includes contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
The candidate will serve as a technical reference within the team and actively participate in code reviews of peers.
Contributing to the management and prioritization of the technical backlog is also part of the job.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in backend development with Java is required.
Solid knowledge in object-oriented design and design patterns is essential.
Experience working with relational databases and knowledge of NoSQL is necessary.
The candidate should demonstrate a good level of technical autonomy and collaborative work capability.
