Remote Backend Developer SSR (Kotlin)

Description:

• We are looking for Developers with curiosity, teamwork spirit, passion, and a desire to grow, innovate, and learn the latest technologies.
• As Ssr developers at redbee, you will develop software under Scrum, producing high-quality features that adhere to acceptance criteria.
• You will review the code of other developers to ensure they also build high-quality features and follow best practices.
• Collaboration with project leaders to implement end-to-end high-complexity solutions is expected.
• You will create technical designs for features and work with architects to finalize them.
• Maintaining and supporting the applications you build is part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• You must have studies related to Systems or Engineering.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in development, specifically working with Kotlin and the Spring framework, is required.
• Practical experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms and implementing RESTful web services is necessary.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is required.
• Familiarity with the AWS cloud environment is expected.
• Experience with distributed systems and messaging systems like Kafka is necessary.
• You should be able to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Ensuring that designs meet specifications is a must.
• It is a plus to have experience with Redis for in-memory data management.
• Knowledge in designing APIs and microservices using Spring Boot is advantageous.
• Experience in frontend development with TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture is beneficial.
• You should support continuous improvement by researching alternatives and technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
• Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle is expected.
