Description:

We are looking for a qualified back-end developer to join our IT team.
You will be responsible for building the ‘server-side’ of our product AppVector.
You should be able to work with the design and front-end team to create a functional and appealing product.
Your main tasks will include developing and maintaining our database layer, APIs, and other web services.
The position is remote (work from home).
You will develop valuable features on AppVector.io by communicating with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
You will work in an agile environment to release software on a regular schedule.
Troubleshooting potential issues in applications will be part of your responsibilities.
You will participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
Identifying and fixing bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code and processes is expected.

Requirements:

You must have 1+ years of professional experience with Django, DRF, and Python.
A basic understanding of front-end languages is required, with good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to be able to write some basic Django templates.
You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as required.
Basic SQL knowledge is necessary, preferably with PostgreSQL.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment is required.
You must have worked with version control systems like Git.
An understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) is essential.
