Remote Backend Engineer

Description:

• Madhive, a leading tech company in modern TV advertising, is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join their Agile development teams.
• The role involves developing high-quality, scalable software systems and collaborating with team members to ensure software development excellence.
• Responsibilities include solving complex problems, writing clean code, optimizing systems for performance, and troubleshooting production issues.
• The engineer will work closely with other team members, product managers, and stakeholders to align with business goals and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in backend or full stack software engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language like Go, C#, Java, Kotlin, or Rust.
• Experience with SaaS software delivery, software design patterns, API development (REST or gRPC), and secure development principles.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
