Requirements:

• You must fully own software features, including requirement gathering, solution design, hands-on coding, implementation of features, and bug fixes.
• You will participate in peer programming and code reviews, and be accountable for deployed code, including monitoring, investigation, and remediation.
• You should actively participate in the ideation and definition of technical, process, system, and feature improvements.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment, is required.
• Proficiency in practical software development, including coding, testing methodologies, and full code life-cycle, is necessary.
• You must have proficiency in Cloud Service offerings, especially AWS.
• A demonstrable understanding of software architectures and system design, with the ability to deliver software solutions, is essential.
• You should have the ability to work with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and feature design.
• Knowledge of CI/CD architectures and solutions is required.
• Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to relate concepts to colleagues with various technical backgrounds.
