The Backend Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reusable backend components for the company's SaaS B2B product.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of coding experience, including at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails experience.
Knowledge of TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, and React Query is required.
SQL knowledge is considered a plus.
Experience in designing, developing, and documenting REST APIs and automated testing, particularly unit tests, is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products.
A demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with fluency in English to succeed in a remote work environment.
