The company is seeking a Backend Engineer with experience or interest in machine learning operations.
Responsibilities include working on backend applications such as data pipelines and API servers while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
The role involves improving the AI evaluation framework and defining protocols for communication between large language models (LLMs) and traditional applications.
The engineer will build and maintain integrations with external data sources and write SQL queries to process and transform data.
Debugging complex issues across multiple applications or levels of the stack is a key responsibility.
The position requires writing operational and user documentation to assist other engineers in maintaining software systems.
The engineer will build automation to manage deployments across thousands of environments on various cloud service providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Maintaining a fast and reliable CI/CD pipeline for analysis, testing, and builds is essential.
The role includes real-time troubleshooting and resolution of service interruptions.
The engineer will develop and execute both short-term and long-term roadmaps, balancing business priorities, user experiences, and the sustainability of TigerEye’s technical foundation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of professional experience in building backend services and APIs.
Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Go, Dart, and Python, are required.
Experience in writing, debugging, and optimizing complex SQL queries is necessary.
Candidates should have experience contributing across all phases of a software project life cycle.
A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience in cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud is essential.
