Description:
- Reddit is looking for a talented backend software engineer to join the Ads Signals team, focusing on growing off-platform conversion signals while prioritizing user privacy.
- The engineer will work on projects such as evolving the Conversions API backend, integrating Signals products through CDP, and enhancing data privacy.
- Responsibilities include developing and maintaining data ingestion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality solutions, and staying updated with the latest technologies.
- Technologies used include Go, Python, Thrift, Baseplate, Kafka, Postgres, Cassandra, Druid, Redis, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Argo, and Docker.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
- 3+ years of backend software engineering experience in a scalable environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
