Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field is required.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment.
• Experience in backend or full-stack development is necessary, along with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that prioritize user privacy and security is required.
• Nice to have: Prior experience in the ads or audience targeting space, experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git, and a passion for mentorship and knowledge-sharing.
