Remote Backend Engineer

Description:

• Join the Innovation team to work on brand-new products in Sportradar’s portfolio
• Develop new product ideas using cutting-edge technologies like computer vision, machine learning, and data science
• Work on QuickBets, a microbetting application processing data from Computer Vision system
• Collaborate with a team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Specialist, and Product Owner
• Use technologies like Python (Fastapi), RabbitMQ/Kafka, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and GitlabCI
• Responsibilities include implementing new bets, sports, games, launching integrations, improving code base, and creating new services architecture

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend development experience using Python and asynchronous frameworks
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, multithreading, and asynchronous programming
• Understanding of information security and DevOps practices
