Level AI, a Series C startup, is seeking a Backend Engineer for Customer Engineering to revolutionize customer engagement by leveraging advanced technologies like Large Language Models.
The role involves working on high-impact projects alongside experts from top tech companies to shape the future of AI-driven enterprise applications.
Responsibilities include innovating, designing, and coding solutions for millions of customers, driving best practices, and collaborating with team members to develop new systems.
The ideal candidate will have competencies in Python, Django, relational databases, REST API design, and experience in ETL, Cache, CI/CD, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Requirements:
Candidates must hold a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech from tier 1/2 Engineering institutes with relevant work experience in a top technology company.
A minimum of 4 years of backend experience, proficiency in Python, and experience in Django are required.
Strong understanding of relational databases, data management, REST API design, and preferably some machine learning experience in NLP.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals like Algorithms, Data Structures, and Object-Oriented Design are essential.
