Description:

  • Level AI, a Series C startup, is seeking a Backend Engineer for Customer Engineering to revolutionize customer engagement by leveraging advanced technologies like Large Language Models.
  • The role involves working on high-impact projects alongside experts from top tech companies to shape the future of AI-driven enterprise applications.
  • Responsibilities include innovating, designing, and coding solutions for millions of customers, driving best practices, and collaborating with team members to develop new systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have competencies in Python, Django, relational databases, REST API design, and experience in ETL, Cache, CI/CD, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech from tier 1/2 Engineering institutes with relevant work experience in a top technology company.
  • A minimum of 4 years of backend experience, proficiency in Python, and experience in Django are required.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data management, REST API design, and preferably some machine learning experience in NLP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals like Algorithms, Data Structures, and Object-Oriented Design are essential.
