The tech stack includes React/Redux/NodeJS on the front end and Ruby/Ruby on Rails/MongoDB/Redis/Elasticsearch on the backend.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in backend development, with at least 1-2 years in senior positions.
Experience in developing distributed web applications and large-scale applications.
Your code must be comprehensible, well-structured, and highly performant.
Experience with database modeling (SQL or NoSQL) and designing RESTful services is required.
Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
Must possess communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and be a team player.
Nice to have: BS or MS degree in Computer Science or similar, experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Mongo, Redis, Ruby on Rails, Microservices, and Machine Learning.
